Engineered for 1500V DC high-power charging systems, this XLPE-insulated EV cable delivers exceptional thermal stability (continuous 125°C operation) and electrical safety. Temperature Rating: -40°C to +125°C (continuous), withstands 150°C short-term thermal spikes.
Voltage Grade: Rated 1500V DC; withstands 6000V AC/5min without breakdown.
XLPE Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) features high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss (tanδ ≤0.005 at 90°C), and excellent resistance to electrical aging.
High Current Capacity: Multi-strand tinned copper conductor (Class 5/6 flexible) supports 125A–438A for 50kW–350kW fast charging.
